[RWP] Writing a Guide to ReaAccess, was Splitting a Track

Thanks, Jinseng.
This is exactly what we need for a Guide to ReaAccess.
1 2 3step by step instructions.
I'm saving helpful instructions from others here, and writing 
instructions to actions I'm sure of, and eventually we'll get our Guide 
to ReaAccess together.
Will everyone on RWP please contribute step by step instructions to your 
most familiar ReaAccess shortcuts and actions.
Please indicate every move in your step by step list, like if you need 
to use the Jaws PC cursor at some point, or the Window-Eyes numPad.
