[RWP] Splitting a Track

Hi, there are a few steps:
1. Please, choose the item you'd like to split (Ctrl + right/left arrow for moving between items);
2. go to the point where you are to split the item (Ctrl + j);
3. Choose "Split item at the cursor" in contextual or in Items menue;
4. now you have two items and could check them with Ctrl + left/right arrows so just cut the item you need to move to another track;
5. Create new track and paste the item whereever you wish.
