[RWP] SWS for Augmenting ReaAccess

Do you think that informing ivan of other efforts to make reaper accessible,
and that people are willing to put backing behind an accessibility solution,
provided the price was reasonable?
Do you think knowing this will move reaaccess up in the list of his
priorities?
