[RWP] Time display

I'm not a reaper expert, just a drip under pressure.
There are various options under view that set whether the time ruler 
exists and if it is displayed or not.

Perhaps you need to poke around in there and find the option you need.
Are you running reaper 3.x or 4.x?
I only ask because if 4.x I need to install it somewhere and go look for 
the option for you on a box somewhere.
I'm not inferring you are unable to find options just that 2 pairs of 
ears can find things that one pair miss.

Are you still selling your Jaws scripting tutorial?
