Thanks, Chrissie.
I save any notes on key combinations and moves that work in Reaper,
slowly assembling a quick guide to Reaper from a screenreader point of view.
Last night I installed NVDA on my Windows 7 64 music machine, and tried
to navigate around Reaper 3.77 64, including ReaAccess, and it's
possible, but I sure do miss the screen info I get from Winize at the
num pad., plus I don't know how to navigate very well in NVDA.
Also, for some reason, probably a key map conflict with NVDA, I can't
use the control plus insert above the six pack keys to insert a soft
synth on a new track, but; I just drop the menus with F10, then arrow
over to the insert menu and do it there.
I have Jaws 9, which I never learned to run; but I sure will now;
especially with how stable folks tell me Jaws 13 is, and how about its
new OCR feature built in, so you can find silent graphics and read what
they are.
I'm going to look at the System Access demo today, so; with the chaos
that came with the new Winize 7.5.2 upgrade, I'm definitely screenreader
shopping.
