[RWP] Installing reaccess part 2

No I'm not, and I think I'll give up on Reaper.  Without decent access I
don't see any way to set the tracks to record stereo.  The default seems to
be one chanel mono.  I guess it was a good idea at the time, but I really
don't want to have to learn another screenreader just to use one program so
the search for a decent editor goes on I guess.

What a waste of time.
