[RWP] Installing reaccess part 2

Well, it's a Window-eyes problem, since you can run Reaper 64 without 
ReaAccess, but not with it.
On 32 bit XP, with Window-Eyes 6.1, I run both Reaper 3.77 and ReaAccess.
It has to be a Window-Eyes problem, since it can't run Reaper and 
ReaAccess together on 64 bits, while  Jaws, NVDA and System Access all 
run them just fine.
