[RWP] Reaccess

Hi Chrissie,
Welcome aboard.

The 64 bit Reaper installer has 64 in its name.
The 32 bit installer has no 32 in its name.
What screenreader are you using.
WindowEyes 7.5.1 causes Reaper to freeze as soon as you open Reaper, and 
backing out takes a little effort, but .
Jaws and NVDA work fine in 64 bit Reaper.
