[RWP] Reaccess

I hate to burst your bubble but that "new version announcement" has been 
there for over 6 months and no news of updates.

We're all hoping against hope that a new version for reaper 4.x works 
well and will come out soon. Many of us would happily pay good amounts 
of money for it also.

Reaccess and reaper 3.xx (which is still available from reaper.fm 
archives page) is an amazing multi-track solution.

32-bit installs of windoweyes seem ok with reaper and reaccess from what 
Iread.
NVDA talks better than Jaws/WE with reaper and given the eloquence patch 
every man and their dog has it works well for many.
I do use it with espeak and find NVDA more responsive than many of the 
other screen readers.
See the NVDA tutorial in the same folder for info on object nav if you 
ever get to looking at NVDA.
