[RWP] Installing reaccess part 2

Just wondering if it could have anything to do with key mapping?  I've only
checked Window-Eyes s the screenreader and would rather like to get it going
with same rather than use yet another speech system, and after all it says
it can do it *smile*.

I use system access, and find that it works very well with reaper...
