[RWP] reaccess development info for Roy

Oh, well, i was just totally surprised by the name.  I get plenty of hits on 
google for whatcom...

thing is, i live in Whatcom County.

Imagine my surprise when a software company has used a native american name 
as a business name - and they aren't even close to us...
