[RWP] PRESSING TAB SEEMS TO BREAK THINGS

Hi Tom,

This is strange behaviour, all of the keys you're having issues with
work correctly here. At the moment, I can only think of two things to
check.

1. Do you have an item selected before you try Shift+F2, Shift+9 or
Shift+0? If nothing is selected, those keys probably wouldn't have any
affect.
2. When you reinstalled, was that a reinstall of ReaAccess1.3.0.0, or
a reinstall of Reaper too? If you only installed ReaAccess, it'd be
worth a shot at reinstalling both next time.
