[RWP] reaper malfunction, could it be a ReaAccess issue?

Hi all,
I followed the advice I was given to install ReaAccess as normal and launch
Reaper and it would run automatically, but when I opened Reaper, Window_eyes
stopped working for a minute or two, but when it finally started speaking
again, it read the error message, Reaper has stopped working, and that I
should close the program and that windows could find a solution.  I tried
closing the program and re-opening it, and the same thing happened 3 or 4
times.  Reaper opened just fine without ReaAccess, but of course I wasn't
able to interact with it, but now that I installed the plug-in, it's not
even opening.  What could be the issue?  If I do, for some reason, need to
uninstall and reinstall reaper, would I need to do something particular with
my license so it would still be activated?  Thanks for any help you can
give.
