[RWP] new member question about reaaccess

Hi everyone,
I am a new member here at RWP and want to introduce myself before asking the
question.  I am totally blind and am a very new reaper user.  In fact, I
just installed reaper on my new PC running windows 7 basic and I run window
eyes 7.5 if that will help anyone, and I haven't even recorded yet
Ok, here's my question.
I've installed the license for reaper, so now, how do I get reaper to
recognize ReaAccess?  Do I install ReaAccess like a normal program and then
do something in Reaper to get it to recognize it as a plug-in so it will
work with Window-Eyes?
Thank you to anyone who can help me.  Please give me as many details as you
can, as I am a  new user.
