[RWP] midi audio conversion

Hi Kevin,
We can't render MIDI track using Microsoft Wavetable synth due to the specification of this instrument. So we need some VSTI to convert MIDI. You could use Synthfont and some soundfonts for free or any other VSTI and Rewire whatever you prefer.

Please, choose the VST instruments to deal with renderring and other steps i've already described yesterday.
