[RWP] odd behavior with tracks

Hi Roy:

Yep, still does. I don't have this issue with other projects. I'd consider starting from a template and importing everything from this project into it, but this is mainly a linear editing project, and there are at least a thousand clips to deal with.
 Possible, yes, but not sure I want to bother with all that.
I have enough to get buy with for now, but I'd love to know what's going on with this particular project, and what I may have done to break it.
