[RWP] Reaper JS Loop Sampler plugin

Hey guys,
Anyone figured out how to use JS Loop Sampler in Reaper? I see all the buttons from 0 to 9 but I can't figure out how to load loop samples into them. Am I misunderstanding the plugin's purpose?
To load the Sampler:
1. Open the list of effects.
2. In the "filter" combo box type "loop".
3. From the list of matches pick up "JS Loop Sampler".

Thanks for any advice.
