[RWP] Mailing weirdness

Hey Jayson,

Strange, should be set to 500 per hour. Presumably it's a setting that
didn't get carried over with the move to the new server.

It has to be tweaked at the host's end of the deal, but I'll put a
support ticket in right away to have the limit either raised or
disabled.
