[RWP] Reaper keyboard commands

Hi,
I have just installed Reaper 3.76 and when I press shift+F1 to get a list of available hotkeys it looks like this:

Note: use Preferences to change some of the following mouse modifiers. 

 
Mousewheel modifiers 
Default action View: Zoom horizontally  
Ctrl View: Zoom vertically  
Alt View: Scroll horizontally  
Ctrl+Alt View: Scroll vertically  
Ctrl+Shift 
So there are no asociated keys to these modifiers, has anyone else seen this?
