[RWP] A Question about Reaaccess

Hello Reaaccess Community,
i have a question about Reaaccess. I dont understand the functionality of Reaaccess. Is it a VST Plugin, or a script for Reaper?
My further question is, is it possible to work with Reaper and Voiceover on mac? Sorry for my bad english. ^^
