[RWP] projects under win7 64 bit

I have a windows xp machine i use for production, and in the save dialog of reaper I have several options regarding what is to be done about the media used in the project.
For example, converting the tracks to a different format, moving/copying them to a folder, etc. 
However, under my windows7 64 bit machine, those options are not available.
Any idea what's going on?
