[RWP] A getting started question

Hi,
I've recently downloaded and installed Reaper and ReaAccess which I'm
using with Jaws v11. I am having trouble in getting started though.
I've read stuff on the Reaper wiki and have some idea of what to do,
and I've also googled for help on getting started which has also
helped a little. But the reaacess.com web site seems corrupted at the
mo, and I can't get any info from it such as from the tips page.
When Reaper starts I can add a track, and then I can insert a media
file such as a wav file. I can also, by a little luck as well as
judgement, use the cursor keys in combination with the control key to
select my media file. Then keys like the application key or shift+F10
get me a pop up menu where I can see a load of properties about my
media file.
So here are some questions:
* How can I reliably navigate around a project which contains several
tracks each with multiple media files on it?
* The properties dialog for a media file is pretty large and tabbing
around to get to, say, the position field, takes ages. Is there a
quick way to set the position?
* Reaper is big and using it with a screen reader adds more of a
challenge. Is there any words or tutorials on how to use Reaper with
ReaAccess?
I'm going to run out of my grace period on the free install of Reaper
soon so would like to know if it really can be used to good effect
with screen readers before paying out for it.
Many thanks in advance,
Chris
