[RWP] the new reaaccess

    There were posters on the NVDA screen reader list who asked about 
Reaper. When I gave the links, another poster said that the ReAccess site 
was filled with spam, and that they had to go to page 12 to even find the 
download link for ReAccess. I don't know how far they would have had to go 
to get the info and subscription page for this list, but I then posted that 
link, the one which appears at the bottom of each of the messages posted to 
this list. The person who went through the ReAccess site said that there 
appeared to be no contact link by which they could tell the site developers 
about the amount of spam on the site.
