[RWP] Prereverb effect using reaverbate

All editing and effects in reaper are placed on a track in a non-distructive 
fassion.
In other words, if you apply a reverb affect in sound forge, for example, 
that reverb is a part of  the file.  When you add an affect to a track, its 
as if you patched in a hardware reverb unit.  Whatever is sent to that track 
at any time will have reverb.
So to get that affect you could tell reaper to let you edit that item with 
an external editor.
