[RWP] Looping MIDI items in Reaper

I think it has to do with extending the length of the item that contains the 
midi data you are looping.  If you want to do that, you should make sure you 
have the item selected, then go to the item properties and extend the length 
to include the number of measures you want to loop the item for.  This will 
cause the loop to play that many times.  It is sort of like pasting a 
selection multiple times in sonar.
