[RWP] saving projects in win7 64

Hi.  When I run reaper under xp, as part of the save as dialog, I hyave the option of creating a directory for my project, as well as moving and/or copying media to said directory.  However, that part of the save as dialog is missing in windows 7, 64.  Very annoying.  Is there a way to bring it back, or is it just not in the tab order?
