[RWP] A future of Reaper, version 4!

I did it, but for example instead of selecting a track, the up arrow 
says a number of pixels and the tab key doesn't work it tells no items 
found instead of announcing the various controls like armed, solo and so 
on. I'm using this portable version where reaper is not installed at all.
