[RWP] reaccess malfunction

hi i'm using window eyes 7.5 using windows 7 home premium 64 bit system 
with 2 gb of ram its a amd processor
when opening reaper its says reaaccess then the microsoft error dialogue 
comes up
here's the error maybe you can forward it to the developers it works 
fine with jaws and nvda and other readers
