[RWP] got reaaccess to work in both 32 and 64bit windows

I'll save you all the time it would require to read everything I tried before coming up with a really obvious solution to  the problem of reaaccess not working in reaper 32 if you install it after the 64 bit version.
Apparently there is both a 32 and 64 bit version of the reaaccess dll.  Clearly copying the reaaccess dll, and in my case, the nvda controller dll from the 64 bit version of reaper, to its 32 bit counterpart did no good.  However, I did copy them from my netbook, which is  32 bit, in to the plugins directory of the 32 bit reaper I had on my production box.  The end result is that both 32 and 64 bit reaper work perfectly.
This would have been a lot easier if I could have used 7zip or a similar program to take the installer apart, to directly extract the needed dll's.  A better idea would be to have the installer ask what should be done in the first place, but lets see what the new reaaccess does in september.
