[RWP] unable to change inputs on one project

Hello Reaps:

I have a project template that I'd rather not rebuild, but it has the 
unfortunate issue of not being able to change inputs on new or existing 
tracks. If you change the input on a track, according to the context 
menu and track properties, the input has been changed. However, this is 
not the case at all. Assuming the input is changed from mono 1 to stereo 
15/16, it still records from mono 1, regardless of the fact that the 
track appears to be set up to grab input from stereo 15/16. This is 
obviously something at project level, though I'm not sure what.

Anyone know what could be breaking this? It's fine with new projects. I 
guess I could just copy all tracks from the old template to a new one, 
and that might work, but in the interest of being more educated in 
general, I'd love to know what's actually causing this behavior.
