[RWP] Synful orchestra help

Hi all,
I have just downloaded their trial and it sounds awsome!
However, I am facing a problem here when it comes to changing programs. Their control pannel isn't that accessible, and from what I understand it, one needs to unlock the paticular MIDI channel one wants to change program on, and that has to be done from the control pannel but I am not able to do it.
Any help is very welcome!
