[RWP] routing the metronome in reaper?

it does help.
However, when midi clock etc is set, I don't think I'll be able to send a
pre count to the sr16 though?
So that would mean modifying the midi sequence or one of the instruments in
the sequence to send a pre count out?
thanks for your help so far, it gives me a starting point.
