[RWP] ReaAccess refusing to install?

Hey mates, i've met the same behaviour once upon a time. I think Scott is absolutely right, just reopen Reaper to make it work.
ReaAccess tries to launch Reaper so it is better to open Reaper for the first time before ReaAccess installation.
