[RWP] ReaAccess refusing to install?

Hi Jes,
Only time I've ever seen that message is when Reaper hasn't yet
generated a few config files that live tucked away somewhere in your
user directory. When this happens, opening Reaper once then closing it
again should generate those files, and you should be in business. An
obvious question I know, but have you tried that? If you have and are
still having no luck, I'm clueless, but posting the OS and version of
Reaper you're attempting to use might nudge someone elses memory.
