[RWP] Accessing patches from sample players in reaper.

if working with wav samples i usually just set th the project tempo
and then just drop them on the track where i want them and copy and
paste and move them around as needed instead of messing with a
sampler,just the way i have always worked since i  have always been an
audio guy and never really used  any virtual instruments or samplers.
