[RWP] Track Out Volume

I love my E-Mu 0404 midi interface, even though its control panel is almost totally inaccessible, so when a synth's volume is too low for me to hear it as I play, I need another way to pump up the volume.  .
I was thinking maybe I could raise Reaper's  track's volume where it is sent to my control panel, but I don't know where to look for it.
So, a very kindergarten question, i guess, for you more experienced users, where's the track audio output  volume control?
