[RWP] Increasing/decreasing scrub amount when using laptop?

Usully there's a way you can turn on NumLock so that half your keyboard 
becomes a number pad. For me it's function + scroll lock, but it's different 
on every machine. Use your screen reader's keyboard help command and play 
with it a little. I'm not aware of any other way, but perhaps the keys can 
be remapped. I've never tried.
