[RWP] Audio Recording In Reaper

Hi,

I'd like to try recording and editing in Reaper, but am not sure what 
commands to use, other than the Record command. Is there a list of keyboard 
shortcuts available somewhere? Also, can you make selection points like in 
Sound Forge to add effects to a certain spot?
