[RWP] How to perform audio quantization with Reaper

Hello guys,
I select an item I want to audio quantize but am not sure where to go 
next. I tried "quantize to grid" i nthe "item processing" subment, but 
that didn't do anything. I feel like I am close but not sure where to 
proceed.
Any takers?
