[RWP] master track hardware routing

Hello:

I'm using ReaAccess 1.3.0, and trying to get the master track routed to 
something that isn't outputs 1/2 on my interface. Pressing 
control+shift+I, and selecting the hardware radio button yields a combo 
box with one item that states, and I quote, "1 hard." as if something 
else should be there, and it's truncated.

I have a range of 18 outputs set in the asio output, so should really 
see more than one item in the box.
Also, the hardware output in the per-track I/O (shift+i) yields a 
completely empty combo box, although I can set hardware outputs fine on 
the track's context menu.

Anyone know what's going on? The way my interface is set up, I really 
need to get the master track off of the first two returns, while still 
maintaining the ability to route individual tracks to separate hardware 
returns when needed.
