[RWP] anouncing toggle status and item selection

hi friends
is it possible , after anouncing the actual toggle message e.g "toggle crossfade" or "toggle snap" to anounce the resulting new status?

regarding Ctrl+Shift+Space , if some items are selected on a track , would be real handy if it was anounced; e.g "selected track 1 bass , items 2 5 7; coule be either item numbers or names.
anyway , thanks a bunch for such a great access solution.
