[RWP] Creating FXB Synth Patch Banks

    Hi,
>From KVR Forum I've gathered user-made presets for various VSTI plugIns, but can't get the .fxp presets into banks so I can conveniently select them from the Reaper FX Edit page.
Does anyone know of a workable utility for getting .FXP presets into an .FXB bank?
I've tried the one in utilities at PatchBay, I go through its procedures, hit Go and nothing happens.
