[RWP] How Do I Get Back To Default Settings

Somehow, after uninstalling a plugIn, the original method of inserting a 
virtual instrument into a track isn't like it was.
I can still do it on the number pad, but I liked doing it from the tab and 
arrow keys, and can't find the way Reaper returns to default settings.
Is it dangerous to return to Reaper's default settings when running 
ReaAccess, that is, will it cause ReaAccess settings to disappear?
