[RWP] Edit cursor When inserting material

Was somebody looking for a way to control what happens to the edit cursor when inserting audio data onto a track?
It seems like somebody asked about this.
Options, preferences, editing behavior,
Tab through that dialog, and there is a checkbox that either keeps the cursor at it's current location, meaning the start of your new insertion.  Or, it will move the edit cursor to the end of the new material.
