[RWP] Reaper and Window-Eyes

Hi Folks

I thought some people might be interested in an item that is to be broadcast
on Innovations at 17:00 UTC, 12 pm Eastern, 9 am Pacific in the US, on the
Global Voice.

In this item I explain how I am able to use Reaper with Window-Eyes, which,
as you on this list mostly know, will not work with Reaaccess.  I must
stress this is not a tutorial but merely a short item describing with
illustrations how I am able to basically use the program.  It does not go
into details on effects nor the more esoteric aspects of Repaer, but is
merely a taster for using Reaper with Window-Eyes.
