[RWP] reaper on mac using voiceover version 4

In theory, a bear bones port to Mac should be possible by hooking into
Apple's accessibility API and some serious butchering of the default
keymap for consistency's sake. In reality, the ReaAccess developer
doesn't own a Mac and hasn't shown any intention of outsourcing the
task. Sorry to be the bringer of bad news dude, I don't know of
anybody looking at this currently.
