[RWP] midi controller

actually, those problems are those that I'm having with midi and reaper as
well.
You can bring in a mid file, and you get midi tracks that way, but exploring
the resulting project teaches me absolutely nothing.
The one time I did get midi to work on a track was when I loaded a vst
plugin which only had midi as an input source. Once I'd selected all of the
logical stuff, pressed enter to save the changes, armed and monitered the
track, I was set.
The virtual interface you get when you press tab saves your changes when you
press enter, and instantly reverts if you press escape.
