[RWP] useing the metronome in reaper

control shift M to toggle it on and off.
Go to metronome and preroll settings under options.  You can set preroll, tempo, time signature, and type of sounds used, as well as the frequency of the clicks and so on.
Unfortunately, no midi out option.  The metronome in reaper is audio bassed only.
