[RWP] got reaaccess to work in both 32 and 64bit windows

Oh, so wrong, on so many levels.  I love it!

 So when can I be of the twitter followings,  and make tweetings to 
@MommyIvan or @MommyIvanMusics, for make benifit to great daw reaper?
