I just noticed reaaccess.com exists and I like it.
Sure its rather lackluster in stature, but you can do fun things like download reaaccess, and subscribe to this list.  Features of the site which got lost in the spam.

  Reaper v3.76 pre 2 made volume nudging from the keyboard get recorded as automation.
  hope the pan nudging and muting will also be made the same.
